Tualatin's own community theatre
Lumiere Players is a group of community theater enthusiasts who have presented affordable live theater in the southwestern suburbs for nearly 20 years. For the last five years, their performing home has been in the Tualatin Heritage Center, 8700 SW Sweek Drive, in Tualatin…across from the Police station on Tualatin Road.
Lumiere introduced its loyal audience to the Futrelle sisters of Fayro last year in its February production of Dearly Beloved. Five years have passed; much has changed in Fayro, but the hilarious antics of this dysfunctional family and their friends will continue to wrest deep laughs and an occasional misty eye from their audience.
